To attend the Council Meetings, all IGU members are required to complete the online registration form available on this platform.
For non-members, please use the "GUESTCODE" provided in your invitation to access the registration process.
Upon completing your registration, you will receive a confirmation email. For visa invitation letters, you will receive two documents within 24-72 hours: one from the IGU and another from the EGA.

Travel and Safety
Visa Information
Visa application procedures vary by country. Some countries are eligible for a visa upon arrival at any Egyptian port of entry, others are eligible for e-visas, which can be applied online and other countries may need to apply through their local consulate.
1.- Egypt's government has implemented a new electronic visa system to make it easier for visitors to travel. This system went live on December 3, 2017 for travelers. If you require a Visa for entry, please visit the Egyptian Embassy website for further information.
2.- VISA APPLICATIONS AVERAGE TIMEFRAME: 10 days For e visas, the best time to submit your application is at least 7 days in advance, while there is no fixed time for a visa on arrival. Visa requirements information here.

Step-by-Step E-Visa Application Process:
• Sign Up: Take a few seconds to get yourself signed up. All you need is your email address and some complementary information.
• Sign In: Sign into your account and get access to your pending application(s), or apply for a new application.
• Apply and Pay Online: Fill in the application form and pay using Visa card, MasterCard, or other debit cards. You must create an e-Visa application at least 7 days before your departure.
• Application Processing: After you have completed your application and made the payment, your application will be processed. As soon as your visa application has been processed, you will receive an email informing you of the current application status.
Most members will be eligible for either visa upon arrival or e-visas, but we strongly recommend that each member contacts the Egyptian consulate in their respective countries to understand the specific procedures and required documents for visa applications to ensure a smooth application process.
Some nationalities may be eligible for visa-on-arrival or e-visa. Please check the specific visa requirements for your country.

You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 7 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations made after this period will incur a charge of one night's stay.
