Welcome to the IGU online registration

platform Botaş (Petroleum Pipeline Corporation) Charter Members of Türkiye is delighted to host the 2024 IGU Spring Meetings 15th to 19th April in Istambul, Türkiye.
All IGU members attending the meetings in Istanbul, Türkiye, are required to complete an online registration form on this platform.

Registration instructions

1. Login usng the "Members Login" link on the top right of this page.
2. If you not member of the IGU, use the "I´M A GUEST" button and add the "GUESTCODE" that IGU provided in the invitation you recieved.
3. Click the "ONLINE REGISTRATION" blue button on the right banner of this page.
4. Complete the form with the relevant information.
5. Your registration completion will be acknowledged via email with confirmation.

Registration form purposes:

• Contact details
• Visa letter requests
• Professional information
• Accompanying person (if required) and visa letter (if applicable)
• Participation by session and social, cultural and technical programs
• Special dietary requirements (if applicable)

For visa invitation letters requests, you will receive two files within 24 -72 hours, one from IGU and other one from Botas.

If you are not able to come to Istanbul, Turkey, you don´t need to register on this platform.
